Return & Refund Policy
At Spark & Soul, we hope you love every piece you receive. Each order is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If, however, your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Be in resalable condition
To start a return, please contact us at sparkandsoulatelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
